В зазубренном в один опрокинутый зубец, пересеченном червлёном (красном) и лазоревом (синем, голубом) поле две золотые ветви — сирени и дуба, — выходящие снизу (сирень — правее, дуб — левее середины нижнего края щита), в нижних своих частях выгнутые к противоположным краям щита и положенные друг на друга, в верхних своих частях положенные по верх сечения и вписанные вверху, сопровождаемые в верху золотой кадью, внутри которой в серебряной воде обращённая лазоревая рыба (лосось) с червлёными глазами, видимая сверху наполовину.
